Richard Galli is of counsel to the firm, appearing with David as co-counsel in selected cases. A Rhode Island litigation lawyer since 1976, Richard has also handled cases in Massachusetts, Michigan, Colorado, Missouri and other states.

Richard has a special interest in spinal cord injury (paralysis) cases. He is the father and a principal care giver of a boy who was completely paralyzed in a swimming pool diving accident in 1998. Richard is the author of a highly-praised book about the accident, and brings to personal injury litigation a unique long-term client's perspective, in addition to his experience as a lawyer.
